Services
GoAI Partners provides websites and AI voice assistant services for small businesses, as described on goaipartners.com and in your invoice or statement of work. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for your engagement are set out in that invoice or statement of work, which governs if there is any conflict with these terms.
Text messaging program
By providing your phone number through our website forms and ticking the optional text messaging checkbox, you enroll in the GoAI Partners messaging program. Program description: marketing and service messages about AI voice assistant services, offers, and scheduling.
- Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and no further texts.

- Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our websites or services, interfere with their operation, or use them for unlawful purposes.
Third-party services
Some features rely on third-party services, for example telephony, AI voice platforms, hosting, and payment processing. Where a third-party service is billed to you directly or passed through, those charges are yours and are separate from GoAI Partners fees, as set out in your invoice or statement of work. The third-party provider's own terms may also apply.
Payments
Fees are due as stated in your invoice or checkout. Subscription services renew as described at purchase and may be cancelled as stated in your invoice or statement of work.
Liability
Our services are provided as described in your engagement documents. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoAI Partners LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our websites or messaging program.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
